If it was not for her whole big oversize fug face she would be ok. she is hot from the neck down only. And even then, it is hard to tell if her bod is truly hot with a dress on. she could be skinny fat or not toned and flabby. etc.

It's pretty tragic really to have Demi Moore as a mother and to inherit such strangely out-of-proportion facial features. Maybe if she grew her hair longer it would help to balance out her face. She should also refrain from using eyeliner inside her lower eyelids. It only emphasizes how small her eyes are. Would a bolder colour of lipstick take attention away from her chin? Maybe.

i really feel for rumer. i looked just like her when i was her age + overwieght but now at 23 turns out it wasn't my bone structure at all, just too much weight in the face. you can't really tell if this is true for her or not, just have to wait and see. anyway i have to disagree with everyone that says she needs long hair. long hair will make her look like a man even more: narrow the sides of the face, and the chin looks even longer.
