A woman (or a man, I think) definitely does not need to have every single perfect feature on her body to be hot (nobody has every single thing perfect, unless they're fake...and everything perfect would frankly look boring). And a woman with small breasts or thin lips or a larger nose or whatever flaw you want can be the hottest woman ever if she's confident, has a good personality, etc. That's what a real man looks for in a woman he wants to keep, not boobs (that's what a man looks for when he needs a one night stand or needs to masturbate)
