This doesn't need to starve herself like most retarded women do to lose scale weight - what she needs is to hit the gym and hit the weights and do interval training with tons of wind sprints - none of this fag shit on the stair climber. A decent training regimen and she would drop 10-12 lbs. of fat and put on about 5lbs. of muscle over about 3 months....for a net loss of 7 lbs.... that would be more than enough to firm up that stomach, ass, and thighs.... and she would be fucking smoking hot.
