Mandy Moore is 5"9 and that is without heels. She is about a good 6'0 with stilettos. And no she's not fat. Honestly, this is the best I have seen her at. The color looks good on her, yet the dress does not flatter her figure. She should have worn a push up bra....or maybe just chosen a dress the didn't draw attention to her lack of mammary glands.

She looks wonderful. Not every woman is suited to have C or D cup boobs.

I really like Mandy Moore. I'm glad she hasn't turned all Hollywood Slut yet. She seems to be both talented and grounded, and that is refreshing. I like everything about that dress, too, except its color. Green is so, so ugly, it doesn't do her justice.
