I will give you three guesses as to which part makes up most of the size of the breast (when a woman is not pregnant). Ok the answer is fatty tissue and seeing as how the amount of fatty tissue is related the body's BMI index which is ratio of weight to height, weight plays a main role. Of course we all know muscle weighs more than fat, so we must account for that. So the more fat you have, the bigger and sooner your breast will grow from the bud stage to the breast stage. Thats why I said weight has a strong correlation with breast size. Yes, genetics do play a part in overall shape of the body, but genetics alone will not give you real 32E breast unless Kelly weighs more than she looks in the picture.
