Besides the sister stalking, Hilary Duff recently told People Mag that there's a pressure to be thin.

Hey, if you want to gamble w/ being chubby, be my guest. Just remember, the direct results of weight gain in your profession are crushing: Decrease in roles, parties, guys, etc, etc. If that didn't help in driving home the point, just look at one of your $6000 Parda handbags & ask yourself one question: Do I want another one of these handcrafted beauties?

I think she's a little too skinny but these photos don't do any justice. She's wearing baggy shorts with an oversized tee and high tops, the most unflattering shoes to legs. Also, she's fair skinned (don't tell her to go get a tan, ass holes) which is not as slimming as skin like Alessandra's who slathers on Jergens every half an hour.
Check out pictures of her in tight skinny jeans and you will see her true size.
And also, you know its not "natural" because even when she was like 11 on the disney channel she was always a little chubby.

In the past few yrs she really lost a lot of weight, till the point she was really TOO thin...she looked like she was starving herself. Now she looks healthy, I like the way she looks nowadays.
