Believe it or not, some women are born with the gift of a fast metabolism. Yeah, that's right, some women are naturally thin. They don't starve themselves, and they probably work out every now and then to get tight abs like this chick has.
Just because there's a backlash movement out there right now ressurecting the self esteem of curvy girls who think they're fat, there is no reason to start insulting the ones who are skinny too.
It's funny how women who like to say that "women's bodies come in all shapes and sizes" like to ignore that some of those shapes and sizes include skinny girls.
If you're so worried about girls with eating disorders because they see curvy girls who are called "fat," why shouldn't you be worried about girls who are naturally thin and hear that they can't possibly be attractive because they're shaped like your 12 year old cousin?
Obesity is unhealthy. Being overweight is unhealthy. Being underweight is unhealthy. There's no reason to encourage anyone to be anything other than what they are, skinny or not, because what they are is what they are meant to be.
