In a very telling article, Natalie Portman goes into life after graduating from Haaaahvhaaad. She's pretty much traveling like a madwoman around the world as she does movies & studies for exams.
Rumor has it that Nat is a hardcore Jew, so is there any truth in this?! Natalie studying at Hebrew University in Jerusalem doesn't help her case much, but it seems she's really trying to understand the situation at hand. Who really knows & does anyone really care? You tell me.

IRISH? Nope, Natalie is pure Israeli. Her grandparents were from Vienna, and her second cousin is British actress Rachel Weisz. Natalie is a Jerusalem girl through and through; is shows in her mania and exhibitionism. Tel Aviv folks are a bit more laid back; Vancouverites on the Med.

I heard her mother was american and that she was not even jewish, and that only her father is jewish.

Her grandfather was a Polish-Jew. Her mother was infact American but her father was from Israeli, but she was born in Israel. She has mentioned that she openly Jewish.
But you can actually tell that she's hebrew, with brown eyes, brown hair, and some times dark complected.
