I'm sure thats Clitz/Klitz from The Girl Next Door a few years back. More recently, he was in There Will Be Blood. I'm sure its him and I'm too lazy to look it up on imdb

she is an example of a non-generic blonde. Her eyes set her apart and she looks exotic and you don't have to be Hispanic to pull that off. I usually find blondes like Doutzen very very boring but I love this chick!
