Petra Nemcova Is The New Otto Catalogue Cover Girl!

These were snapped in Hamburg, Germany.Why else would we be posting about a German shopping catalog, so major kudos to the marketing department @ Otto! Here's a bit more from their press release:
"We are very pleased that we have again got an international star model for our autumn/winter cover", enthuses Dr. Rainer Hillebrand, Vice Chairman of the Executive Board Otto Group and Board Spokesman OTTO. "Like some of her prominent predecessors Petra Nemcova had already been photographed for OTTO at the beginning of her career and has therefore been acquainted with the OTTO brand for a long time."
In the Spring the adopted New Yorker was the guest of a photo-shooting in Hamburg. "I am proud to be the new OTTO cover girl, following in the footsteps of top models such as Heidi Klum, Tatjana Patitz and Gisele Bündchen", she explained on the brink of her visit "OTTO is a globally operating company – and the group’s social commitment also impresses me." How did she survive that tidal wave? Has anyone ever interviewed her and asked her that? What is was like watching her boyfriend get washed away? What horror! What trauma! I get the feeling that I'm one of those people that if I was ever caught in the middle of a catastrophe, I would just freeze, go into paralysis. I'm not quite sure if I was endowed with a tip-top survival instinct, Hal.

I'm so tired of people comparing Adriana and Petra. they have to different styles. I personally like Petra MUCH better but it's all a matter of opinion. Obviously more people like Adriana, and she is beautiful. Still, I just like Petra because she does her own thing more. Victoria's Secret gets old after a while.

The first time I ever heard of this ho is when she survived that tsunami. The media referred to her as a "supermodel who survived" blablabla...I bet anything that boyfriend that got killed saved her ass.
Either way, it is the only time anyone talked about her or knew her damn name. And now the story is stale and she has to beg for these chessy ad jobs I guess.
