Kerr, an acclaimed Buddhist, also spoke out recently on nutrition - a subject that she is so passionate about she is preparing to release a teen book revealing the 411 on the tricky subject.
“I like to start my day off with some hot water and half a squeezed lemon.. I think that really kick-starts the metabolism.” Kerr revealed to talk-show host Kerri-Anne in a recent interview.
She went on to later reveal her true Aussie spirit detailing her usual breakfast as “sourdough, avocado and vegemite”.

no way, vegemite is a savoury spread we aussies eat on toast and sandwiches. its not exactly UNhealthy, but we dont eat it as a health food...its something we all grow up eating.
