For Jenna Fischer, stardom is hard work"That's what you learn about Hollywood," Fischer said in a recent phone interview from Los Angeles. "You think you're going to be creating art, but there's a lot more business to it than you realize. I have to be both an actress and a businesswoman. I run this whole enterprise in which I am the product."
Fischer says that when the TV show is in production, her time is so taxed by shooting, doing interviews and memorizing lines that she needs to hire support personnel. Source

She was my favorite actress to crush on for the last couple years, but since the fall, she's been slowly losing the good looks. She's still cute as hell, but I guess having to recover from a broken back, divorcing your husband, and having your show not be as good anymore will put stress on you.

She's always been super cute, hot even...but she's always carried herself like she wishes she weren't. Maybe she's just uncomfortable with the type of attention brought on by being more attractive than most.
