Janet Jackson Gets RealMichael's little sister is developing a reality series for MTV. The show will be a search for the next hot singer/dancer a la Ms. Jackson herself. Unlike existing shows with the same concept, Janet's program will take her search to the streets — going to YMCAs, churches and community centers to find potential contestants. The show won't be taped on a soundstage — it will be shot on the go as well. No word on what the winner walks away with, but there's speculation that the prize may involve Janet's upcoming tour.
