There's absolutely nothing distinctive or memorable about this chick other than some overflowing boobs in that dress. Then again, as far as actresses on british shows like Eastenders or Hollyoaks that seem to crossover with the endless parade of Page 3 girls, the big boobs are common enough to be dissmissed as not memorable as well.
