Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are (big surprise!) freeloaders"The Hills" reality TV stars were handed -- and posed for photos with -- the special orange shopping card that gives a 20% discount to stores like Carolina Herrera, Diane von Furstenberg, Diesel, Santa Maria Novella, salons like Frederic Fekkai, and restaurants Republic, Jumo, comme Ca, and Dolce.
"But we are going to do some shopping with it," he countered, adding, " I have no budget when it comes to charity."
When he was told that none of the money he planned to spend at the stores, restaurants or salons would go to the charity, he looked visibly relieved.
"I didn't know that! Dude, you just saved me a lot of money!" Pratt said with a big grin. LA Times

She's pretty, i'll give her that, but she is my least favourite Hills girl. Something about her screams "cheap".
