Emma Rose Roberts (born February 10, 1991) is an American child actress and pop singer, the daughter of actor Eric Roberts and the niece of actresses Lisa Roberts Gillan and Julia Roberts.
Roberts will be starring the upcoming movie Wild Child,[18] about a rebellious teen from Malibu sent to an English boarding school, in London. The movie ended production in late 2007, and is scheduled to be released on August 22, 2008. Following Wild Child, Roberts next movie is Hotel for Dogs.[19] Based on the novel by Lois Duncan, the movie will be released on January 2009, possibly on the 23rd. Wiki

I'm certainly the first to admit that I know nothing about fashion, so this isn't a rhetorical question: What's the deal with girls wearing pants with wide bells that go exactly down to the ground, totally covering their shoes and feet, making it look like they don't HAVE feet? I find it weird. Get some pants that fit.
