As always, everything about this chick is straight up hot, but I have no idea what she was smoking when she decided to wear that dress.
FYI HOT CHICKS: If you're going to attend a Victoria's Secret sponsored event, dress as skimpy as possible b/c all eyes will be on the bod. VS should make it a case with hot guests to dress in tight clothes or short skirts---at the absolute minimum, damn it!
