I always thought she was a mix between Monica Belucci and Josie Maran even though face-wise I prefer the two others in their respective primes.

Josie Maran is average looking, Catrinel is exotic and beautiful. Catrinel does, however, resemble Monica a little, but is better looking.

Found some more pics via image search and lined them up. Josie left. Menghia right.
Josie is like 30 y.o. now and past her prime but in her heydays she had a pretty much flawless face. Like Snowflake said, Menghia has a weird nose (it's even quite asymmetrical). Don't get me wrong, they're both pretty ladies. Saying someone looks like a mix between Belucci and Maran is a huge compliment I would think :)
I think my initial judgment of Menghia was tainted by this video (the first I saw of her):
