So, what's Gisele's secret to staying thin & hot?
“I eat meat, usually a bit with supper. I try to limit it to three times a week and preferably it’s chicken,” she said. “Other days I’ll have fish and vegetables. But I’m not obsessed with diet rules and nothing stops me from enjoying a calorific pastry. The question is balance. I like to eat, but I compensate with exercise.”
That includes surfing, Pilates, yoga and dancing, she said.
Bundchen added that she likes to cook and her specialty is risotto.
“I throw in lots of lemon, pepper and oil. Oh, and onion!” [Boston Herald]
