Hathaway plays down Oscar rumoursHollywood star Anne Hathaway has played down claims she could be in line for an Academy Award due to her starring role in family drama Rachel Getting Married.
The actress was speaking at the film's UK premiere in a rain-soaked Leicester Square in London.
Hathaway, 25, said the Oscar buzz surrounding her was "really cool" but insisted it was "a little premature to get excited about".
The film was highly acclaimed when it screened at the Venice Film Festival. [BBC]
We're pretty sure she'll bag an Oscar considering how much shit she went through this year---she deserves it, damn it!!
Is it me or does this woman's face and eyes scare you. I mean when I look at her I get the strange sense that she is some extraterrestrial. Don't get me wrong she has a certain hoteness factor at times but mostly she doesnt do it for me.

The problem with Anne Hathaway's face is that ALL her facial features are big. Personally I love her expressive eyes, but mixed with her very big smile, teeth and nose the combination looks weird. And in this photoshoot, they are actually emphasizing these features by pulling back her hair.

Yep, i agree with the comment above mine. If she had big lips and small eyes, then that's fine. But every feature of hers are big, and her face reminds me of that of a clown. A pretty clown that is. And at the end of the day, her look is unique. Different that the generic "hollywood" face.
Regardless of her looks, i love her as an actress and i tend to enjoy all her movies. I think she deserves an Oscar.
